Warley Woods Bird leaflet

A current project, designing a bird booklet/leaflet for one of the organisations I was in contact with for my MA. Using illustration indicative of the woodland type to contrast with the photography of the birds.

  1. Cute! But do the different fonts work together? Also there are a few grammar errors in the text (may not be yours, of course!) Love the tree backdrop, though.

  3. Grammar is from the client. It's more a work in progress at the moment to see if they're happy with the direction taken - still awaiting feedback from them at the moment.

Can you think of something in between 'Common' and 'Rare' that denotes it's less common, but not quite so rare - something along the lines of 'medium', but not...?

  4. Typefaces are Caslon and Trade Gothic... Think the jpeg is making the Caslon look a little more ornate than it actually is...
